In 2006 Sandy Row Community Forum launched its Sandy Row: 2015 Strategy document which outlined the community vision for a thriving, healthy, vibrant residential and commercial neighbourhood, benefiting from physical and economic regeneration within Belfast City Centre.

The recommendations within the 2015 Strategy are currently being developed into a Neighbourhood Sustainability Masterplan in partnership with local community, local businesses, South Belfast partnership Board, Belfast City Council, Invest NI and other key partners to secure the long term future of this neighbourhood as a the ‘Gateway to South Belfast’.
